The Art of Yoga

✨Well Equipt offers a non-heated, beginner yoga class for those looking to improve mobility, strength, and balance. Classes are capped at 6 attendees to allow for a customized, hands-on experience.

✨During our 45-minute therapeutic yoga classes, you will be guided through a series of movements focused on optimizing mobility and stability that utilize breathwork and feedback to enhance body awareness.

✨Some benefits of Yoga include: increased muscle strength and tone, balance and mobility, flexibility, prevention of injuries, increased energy and vitality, athletic fitness and so much more!
