CLIENT FEEDBACK
“Thanks for putting me on the Golf Fitness From Home program. The strength portion has activated muscles that had gone dormant over the years and my range of motion is significantly improved. This program was especially helpful during this time of quarantine. I look forward to putting my new 'golf toned' body out on the course!”
“My husband and I have been participating in the golf exercise program that Well Equipt started this spring. We have thoroughly enjoyed it! It feels as though we have gained flexibility and strength in muscles used frequently in golf and in our daily lives. The exercises have also helped our posture. As a person with back issues, the exercises seem to have helped relieve tightness there as well. We work out regularly, so to have a program that helps in new ways is exciting.”
