Lemons!


This week, I had a few conversations about how we practice self care. Several people mentioned they drink lemon water in the mornings!  A few benefits:  Natural source of energy  Rich in antioxidants  Balances pH (Alkalizing)  Detoxes our bodies  And it’s super yummy!
