Lunges!

Lunges!! Lunging gets the entire body working and can expose weaknesses. Lunges improve strength, work balance, improve mobility, and get heart rate up. You can learn a lot about a person’s mobility and strength by watching them lunge. I like to check the ankles, knees, hips, and core. Where’s the struggle and here’s how to fix it! For an extra challenge, get on an unstable surface!
