Long Term Back Saver for Golfers

Mid back and hip stiffness are the two most common causes of low back pain from golf. Stiffness can also cause decreased power and consistency with the swing. This exercise tackles both!

Start in a high plank. Lunge forwards with one foot. Take the same arm and rotate towards the front leg. Hold about 5 seconds then return to a high plank and switch legs.
