Low Back and SI Joint Pain Management

Besides neck pain from work from home set ups, I’m seeing a TON of back/hip pain. If you feel like your legs are uneven or you’re having pain at the lowest part of your back into the top of the hips, try this exercise! If you have any hip rotation or you think you have SI joint pain, these will activate all the right muscles to potentially calm it down! Make sure your back stays flat on the ground.
