Neck pain and nerve glides... lots of nerves in the neck! The most common pinched nerve in the neck happens at c6-c7. It can cause numbness and tingling or maybe even sharp shooting pain down the arm. These nerve glides may help calm the nerve down 🤗 However, if you are having pain down the arm, get it looked at PLEASE!!!
