You *should* be able to get your arms ALL the way over your head with *NO PAIN*. While pain with this motion is common, it’s not normal! ⛳️ Golfers: you should be able to lift your arms overhead with your back flat on the wall. If you can’t, try this stretch! ⛳️ You also may not realize how tight your shoulders are! Set a timer for 1-2 minutes and give it shot.
