⛳️ What a fun Masters this year! ⛳️ My golfers almost always fail these 3 movements from the Titleist Performance Institute Assessment @mytpi :

  1. Overhead Squat.

  2. Lower Quarter Rotation.

  3. Seated Trunk Rotation.
