Ankle Mobility Helps Minimize Pain

We rarely see good mobility in the foot in our patients!!

Flexion (Dorsiflexion) is important for decreasing injury risk, increasing speed and power, and reducing risk for falls. Good ankle mobility also helps us minimize lower body aches and pains!

Runners should always seek to improve dorsiflexion to minimize short and long-term injuries in the legs, hips, back and neck. Take care of your lower body and stretch those ankles!
