How to Shift Uneven Squats to Alignment
Do you feel like your body is cheating with squats?? Are you shifting your weight to one leg more than the other? This can be common and is often exaggerated after an injury or with pain. Sometimes our body works harder to compromise, which ends up causing more pain or injury down the line.
Try this exercise to help improve form and keep the squat balanced! All you need is yourself and a resistance band.
