Headaches can be precipitated with mechanically sustained cervical flexion (think: sitting at a desk, reading, studying, driving, etc.).

There are four types of headaches: migraines, tension, cluster, and cervicogenic headaches.

Mobilizing, stretching, heating, massage, and working on postural strengthening can help reduce headaches. 

Headaches are the WORST — try addressing them!!
