Mistakes and Solutions to your Home Office
I bet most of y’all look like this! I’ve had a lot of patients call me about their recent onset of neck pain. I’ve started asking them to show me their work station at home. Guess what, rarely does anyone have a great set up. So, here’s a reminder to double check your work from home set up!! If you sit like this all day, don't be surprised when you start hurting! Here are 3 tips:
1. Raise your computer screen up so your eyes are almost at the top of the screen.
2. Your screen should be a little over a foot away from your face.
3. Make sure you feet are flat underneath your knees.
