Another plank variation ✨ This one hits ALL the abdominal muscles! It also promotes balance and strengthens the shoulders, spine, and legs all at once. Plus, it works on mid back mobility— great for those with hunched posture and of course good for my golfers ⛳️!!

Ps: If you do have back pain with our core exercises this week, these exercises are too hard and we want to start with easier ones — no biggie!
